‘Griptide’ from Quantum Darts has been designed with grip over the full barrel length and machined accordingly with varying grip intensities. The barrel has a centre section with plain grooves, two sections of wavy grooves on opposing sides of the centre (which form a fairly aggressive grip), radiused nose & tapered rear, on both of which there are evenly spaced grooves to add extra grip right up to the point end/shaft end.

**Please note the product images use the 23g barrel so the diameter and resultant taper at the rear of the barrel will look more exaggerated on the 25g version due to the outer diameter**

The barrel profile was ideated after observing the ocean, watching the waves crashing against the shore, the disturbance on the surface of the water and wondering how this could transpose into the profile of a dart.  What would the waves feel like as a grip and how would they effect the aerodynamics? So, we set out to create a concept design, one which we shared with you some months ago. We received so much positive feedback and comments on how we could make this design better and suit more people so, having taken this on board we proudly present the finished product to you.

The darts come complete with standard shape branded 100 micron flights, a set of nylon shafts, weigh 25 grams (also available in 21g or 23g) and are contained within a sleek, compact blister pack.
